How it works

Five steps from first visit to first day.

Every family follows the same path, and our onboarding team stays with you through all of it.

  1. Choose your program

We help you select the program and schedule that best fits your child and your family’s needs: full-time, half-day, three-day, or four-day.

  2. Complete enrollment

You complete the enrollment forms and provide the required information and documentation. Enrollment is confirmed once ESPIN approves it, the paperwork is complete, the registration fee is paid, and we confirm your child’s start date with you.

  3. Meet your ESPIN team

You get everything you need to know about your child’s classroom, teachers, daily routine, communication, and health and safety policies.

  4. Get connected on Brightwheel

You are invited to our Brightwheel app, where you will receive updates, photos, activities, announcements, and messages from your child’s teachers.

  5. Get ready for the first day

We make sure you know exactly what to bring, where to go, and what to expect. Then comes the exciting part: your child’s first day at ESPIN.

When is enrollment confirmed?

A child’s enrollment is confirmed only when ESPIN has approved the enrollment, all required enrollment paperwork has been completed, the required registration fee has been paid, and ESPIN confirms the child’s enrollment and start date with the family. Submitting an inquiry, scheduling a tour, or completing paperwork on its own does not guarantee a place.

Schedule options

Built around how your week actually works.

Full-day and half-day options are available for every age range, and we are open all year.

Full-time

Five days a week, full day, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Half-day

8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Monday through Friday, available for every age range.

Three or four days

A part-week schedule for families who need fewer days.

Year-round care

We operate all year, with no long seasonal closures to plan around.

Summer program

A separate summer program for children ages 4 to 9.

One continuous day

Before-care and after-care are not separate add-ons. Care is included in our full day.

Tuition & Enrollment

How tuition works at ESPIN.

Tuition is monthly and based on your child’s enrollment schedule rather than attendance, so their place is always held.

What you pay

Rates vary by program and by the number of days your child is enrolled. Families may pay monthly or semi-monthly. Because tuition reserves your child’s space in their program, it stays the same whether or not they attend every day. A registration fee is due at enrollment. A deposit may be required depending on the program and enrollment terms. Families receive those details during the enrollment process. Withdrawal requirements and applicable notice periods are outlined in the ESPIN enrollment agreement.

Tuition and enrollment fees vary by program and schedule. Contact ESPIN to learn more about current tuition, fees, availability, and enrollment requirements.

Getting current rates

Rates depend on the schedule you choose, so we go through them with you directly. Send us a message or book a tour and we will walk you through the options for your child’s age and days.

Tuition includes

  • Your child’s care and educational programming
  • Age-appropriate curriculum and classroom activities
  • Daily learning experiences
  • Access to the Brightwheel family app for updates, photos, and messages

Additional fees may apply for special events, optional activities, field trips, or other services. Families are always notified in advance.

Before the first day

What we will need from you.

Our onboarding team gives every family a clear list based on their child’s age and program, so nothing is a surprise.

Required documentation

  • Immunization records
  • A current physical or health record
  • Emergency contact information
  • Authorized pickup information
  • Other required enrollment forms

Enrollment paperwork can be completed digitally or on paper, whichever is easier for your family.

If a program is full

ESPIN may keep a waitlist for families interested in future openings. Share your contact information and preferred program, and our team will reach out when an appropriate space becomes available.

Availability changes throughout the year, so we encourage families to tour and connect with our enrollment team even when a program is currently full.

Start with a visit.

Everything begins with a tour. Come see the rooms, meet the team, and we will take it from there.
