At Espin, children are exposed to various math problems throughout the day to inspire thinking and problem solving skills. It is critical for preschoolers to learn to think scientifically and solve problems in a mathematical way. This is pivotal for their day-to-day functioning.
Why We're Great >
Math activities are integrated with the lesson plan’s theme and will include: sorting, counting, sequencing, compare & contrast, shapes & colors, graphing & charting and matching. The program discourages use of worksheets for teaching math and gives children real life examples to manipulate numbers.
